I have been having back pain for a few months now, have gone to physical therapy with little improvement. After my first visit with Dr.Murray I noticed a huge change in my back pain! Our family has been seeing Dr. Ray for many years. He has cared for, not only my husband and myself, but also our 2 daughters, their husbands and our 3 granddaughters. He is friendly and really listens to his patients. He has researched different ways to treat my spinal issues and has used those techniques during my adjustments to optimize my pain relief. He always recommends stretching or strengthening exercises that can be done at home to help minimize flare ups. The office manager, Amy, is also a real asset to the practice. She is very friendly and has been helpful on many occasions with the "paperwork" side of the practice. It is easy to get an appointment and their new offices are beautiful! We highly recommend Glasgow Spine and Wellness!

I was very impressed with both Dr. Murray and Dr. Polanski from day one. They are both very knowledgeable and understanding to your health needs. You can instantly tell how much they both care and feel the pride and enjoyment they posess of helping people. I feel quite fortunate to have found this practice and they will both be my go to chiropractors for the foreseeable future as needed. I have complete trust in these guys and they are just wonderful individuals in every sense of the word. They are also surrounded by a wonderful supporting staff and a impressive office facility layout. Had my second visit with Dr. Murray today and I am so happy with the results I have gotten so far. Definitely feeling some relief! I have severe hip and back pain for over 10 years, from a car accident. After bilateral hip arthroscopes, I have still been experiencing severe pain. X-rays, ultra sounds, and mris could not explain the continued pain. After a few minutes with Dr. Murray, he was able to find that my pelvis wasn’t aligned and we are now on a treatment plan to resolve my pain. Not only is Dr. Murray a great doctor, he is really nice too!

Dr. Ray is a miracle worker. Referred through a mutual friend, I couldn't be happier with the move to his practice from my old provider. I felt, almost immediately, that he listened to my description of my bodily issues and then sought after AND responded to the feedback I gave him about the adjustment. I even scheduled an impromptu visit because I had slept wrong one night and he had me back to normal very quickly. The staff at GS&W is professional and friendly. I made an appointment at this facility last minute bc of neck pain I had developed from working at home on the computer all day. I was not recommended to this place or to Dr Jace, it was close to home so I made the appointment. Upon arrival I noticed the space was very well organized & the staff provide a safe, sanitary space. Dr. Jace is very good at finding the issue and adjusting for progress toward lasting comfort. He spoke to me about practical ways I can prevent
further discomfort at home. I definitely recommend this place if you are concerned about COVID but feel an adjustment is needed, this is a safe place to go. Oh... & they play good music 🎶

I was referred to Dr. Ray by my gym coach and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very thorough and explained what was wrong. He gave me great stretches/exercises to do to help, and the adjustment and treatment was definitely helpful. He also called at the end of the day to see how I was feeling, which is not something that I would’ve expected. Unfortunately I won’t be able to continue to work with him because of our schedules, but he gave high recommendations of his colleagues. Hands down, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Ray and Glasgow Spine and Wellness to anyone who is experiencing any sort of pain.

I have just recently (early 2021) started seeing Dr. Jace VanSteenburg for chiropractic adjustments, and have seen and felt great results after only a few weeks. Dr. VanSteenburg was engaged and asked whether I had any questions during each session, willingly explained what movements and range of motions he noticed being comparatively better/worse, and provided “homework” (stretching, foam rolling, etc) that would supplement and help enhance the effectiveness of the adjustments. During each session, Dr. VanSteenburg was polite, friendly and communicative, and everyone else I’ve engaged with in this office is also very kind, polite, and helpful. The office itself has a very relaxed and open vibe - they play fun, light-hearted music that really creates a great, upbeat atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this center for chiropractic work.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jace for a few months now & he’s absolutely phenomenal. He truly listens to my complaints & addresses them. His bedside manner is superb. When I started seeing him, I had almost constant back pain all throughout my back to the point where I would sleep almost restlessly, especially my lower back & little range of motion. After going consistently every week for a bit, my back pain is intermittent & I have much more flexibility in my back. Also, I have a fear of cracking my own neck or having it cracked, but the first time Dr.Jace ever cracked my neck, it went so smoothly & relieved so much pain that I have it adjusted everytime now. I also started to developed severe migraines prior to seeing Dr.Jace & now I rarely have them. 10/10 would recommend this office.

He truly cares about your wellbeing and always ensures you are comfortable during your adjustment to get the best results. A few years ago I was in a car accident and had to do PT. It’s nice that they have Nic there so you can do the PT and your adjustment all in one place. Nic is great and he and Dr. Murray helped get me back on track with my neck and back after my accident. The staff here is very helpful and makes you feel like family.

Started seeing Dr. Murray after months Physical Therapy for Sciatic / Back pain. My first time EVER visiting a Chiropractor. He evaluated me and estimated the number of visits to get me "right" again. I can tell you with out reservation, he was on target with the estimate of visits and duration of treatment. I am now able to resume my normal life style, back to exercising and started dropping the weight I have put on due to movement restrictions. I enjoyed his casual bedside manner and discussions we engaged in. Very personal and professional at the same time. I will visit his office again for adjustments and "if" the problems return, to resume treatments.
Dr. Murray is kind and considerate of his patient's needs. He is honest about what his treatment can do for you. He treats his patients like family.

Dr. Ray is AMAZING! Every now and then my hips get misaligned, one visit to Dr. Ray fixes me for 6 months to a year. I tried many other Chiropractors but none of them helped me as much as Dr. Ray helped me. I recently moved to Austin and I am praying to find someone as good as him here.

My husband went to Glasgow Spine & Wellness on the advice of our family doctor. When I found out that Dr. Ray was there, I immediately made an appointment. He is the best. The hours are convenient and the front-desk staff is excellent.
One thing that could make it even better is the massage table. They have an excellent massage therapist, but the table needs to be padded and heated.

This was my first time seeing a Chiropractor and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Dr. Murray explained everything thoroughly and he was extremely kind and caring through the entire experience. He did not push any unnecessary costs or procedures either. There was also a gentle stimulation after he was finished which helped the muscles calm down and it was extremely relaxing. I feel so amazing just after 1 appointment and he put me on track to be completely better in 4-6 weeks. 10/10 Definitely come here!!

Was an excellent experience. I've suffered from back problems most of my adult life, spinal stenosis, had multiple herniated disks, and was on my way to another, when I had 10 decompression treatments, and adjustments done over a few weeks at Glasgow Spine and Wellness. Friendly staff, technician was attentive during the decompression treatment, and both doctors were nice and skilled at making adjustments. I've never had decompression treatment done before, but after the results I had from it, I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a history of back issues like I have. Months later, I'm still at 100%, and if I ever need an upkeep treatment, tweak or injure my back in the future, I will definitely be going back.

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Murray for over 3yrs. Best chiropractor in area. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted by professional and friendly staff.
Dr. Murray keeps you involved in your treatment and does everything in his power to help alleviate your pain.
I have used many of the services offered here. From massage to PT...I've been through it all. The massage therapists are wonderful and sensitive. Nick is awesome with PT and uses lots of techniques to heal your body. There's even a pain specialist on staff!
With all that said, I really am glad I found this office. I hope you like them, too. Stop in and check them out. While you're there enjoy some free beverage and complimentary cookies.
